- Pricing of products sold by Stylish Kids Fashion Wholesale is based upon figures calculated in Malaysia Ringgit (RM).
- Minimum quantity requirement : 1 Lot per order.
- Postage - Postal charges are clearly shown when you purchase an item. Please bear in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp and includes actual postage costs, packaging and handling. If you buy an item, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- Typographical Errors - Mistakes happens all the times, we ask for your understanding. In the event that a Stylish Kids Fashion Wholesale product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, incorrect size breakdown, incorrect fabrics composition or any other type of information posted erroneously. We make no guarantee on sizes breakdown. Stylish Kids Fashion Wholesale reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
- Colors, Photos, Sizes - We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and sizes of our products that appear on our Web sites. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor as well as other conditions and because sizes are subject to slight variations which are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or that the size displayed will be accurate. All product photos are for illustration purposes only.
- Stylish Kids Fashion Wholesale is not responsible for shipping charges for any missing or wrong information. For any case of risk of loss, you must file such claims with the courier service designated.
- As we continue to develop our Web sites, we may from time to time, modify, alter or update these Terms of Use. Your use of our Web sites following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use as changed. We therefore encourage you to refer to these Terms of Use on an on-going basis.
- All sales are final. There is NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE and/or CANCELLATION of order due to changes of mind of buyers, unless the item is DAMAGED. Damaged item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 7 days after receipt of the item.
- Items that have been
worn, damaged or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Clearance,
Offer sale items can not be refunded or exchanged. If buyer return the above
items, Stylish Kids Fashion Wholesale has a right to refuse the returned package
at customer's cost.
